Your tasks
- Support, promote and assess FaGe apprentices as well as HF/FH nursing students in clinical practice
- Plan, coordinate and ensure high-quality practical training
- Conduct learning support, progress discussions and competency assessments
- Promote theory-practice transfer and support the achievement of training objectives
- Work closely with educational partners and internal specialists
- Contribute to the further development of the training concept and a modern learning culture
- Actively participate in the direct care and support of our patients
- Promote high nursing quality as well as safe and patient-oriented care
Qualifications
- Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH and at least 2 years of professional experience in an acute hospital
- Further training as a trainer (SVEB 1+2 / trainer course; at least 40 hours) or willingness to complete this
- Enjoyment in supporting and promoting apprentices and students
- High professional, social and communication skills
- Enthusiasm, patience and joy in passing on knowledge
- An independent, competent personality with willingness to take responsibility, cooperate in the team and support it professionally
