Program, Event & Community Management Supporter (Intern) Startup Campus 100%
To expand our activities in the areas of entrepreneurship, startup promotion, and innovation programs, we are looking for a committed individual to support our team in the implementation and coordination of diverse programs, events, and community activities. In this role, you will be close to founders, regularly present in the startup environment, collaborate with incubation and co-working spaces, and help ensure that innovative ideas, programs, and events are professionally executed.
Department: School of Management and Law
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
- Support in the implementation and coordination of projects in the startup and entrepreneurship context
- Active presence at startup events, demo days, pitch nights, and networking events
- Support in the care and accompaniment of founders in incubation and support programs
- Participation in the conception, organization, and execution of workshops, events, and community formats
- Close collaboration within the team and with external partners from the startup ecosystem
- Support in communication, coordination, and further development of existing offerings
- Completed training or ongoing bachelor's degree
- Strong interest in the startup ecosystem, entrepreneurship, and innovation
- Enjoyment in implementation, organization, and independent work
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Openness, reliability, and confident demeanor in interactions with founders and partners
- Willingness to be present at events in the evenings or occasionally on weekends
