Our corporate client, a globally active freight forwarding company, is looking for personnel support – because they have won 1-2 tenders.

Tasks
receiving shipment orders
recording data and checking the necessary documents
organising follow-up and monitoring delivery dates
communicating with suppliers/ partners/ own branches
invoicing sea freight services
checking incoming invoices
handling customer complaints
general commercial activities related to the sea freight import business
Requirements
Training as a freight forwarding clerk (male or female)
Experience in the sea freight sector (ideally in import, but not essential)
IT
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - user knowledge
Languages
German: spoken and written well
English: spoken and written well (at freight forwarding level)
Age
approx. 20 - 55 years
