Housing Specialist (60% workload)
Your tasks are:
- Needs-, resource-, and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative work as a reference person
- Close coordination with the team for a common nursing-pedagogical attitude and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation
You bring with you:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or solid experience as a care specialist (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Enjoyment in contributing and implementing professionally strong solutions
