You will have the unique opportunity to complete comprehensive additional training in the field of confectionery at one of our state-of-the-art production sites. You will not only be deeply introduced to the art of confectionery but also gain practical insight into all relevant production processes – from careful handling of the finest ingredients to innovative manufacturing techniques. Our experienced professionals will guide you step by step and provide you with the necessary skills to succeed in the world of premium confectionery art. What to expect- You will work creatively and design unique chocolate showpieces for the OFFA competition
- You will create your own chocolate specialty for the LAP
- You will assist in various departments throughout the entire production

- You have successfully completed training as a baker/confectioner/confiseur EFZ in the bakery-confectionery field
