Your mission:

In close collaboration with our responsible accountant, you actively participate in the operational management of HYDRO's accounting. You are particularly involved in closing operations, monitoring suppliers and debtors, maintaining the general ledger, as well as managing the accounting of investments.

As a Business Partner, you are a privileged contact for the Human Resources unit, especially for financial and budgetary closing operations related to personnel costs.

You also contribute to the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of the annual budget, both for investments and HR areas.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Human Resources for financial closing operations and the preparation of the budget related to salaries and other personnel costs, while acting as a Business Partner
• Participate in maintaining general accounting: invoicing, fixed assets, suppliers, general ledger, and specific mandates
• Ensure accounting management and monitoring of investment projects, as well as reporting to the manager
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, especially for complex or non-recurring items
• Prepare VAT declarations and play an internal advisory role on tax matters
• Actively participate in the internal control system (ICS) applied to accounting processes
• Assume the role of SAP Key User, in tandem with the current accountant, on Finance modules (FI and AA)

Your skills:

• Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of accounting related to payroll charges
• Excellent mastery of Excel and ease with ERP tools, ideally SAP
• Rigor, keen attention to detail, and respect for deadlines, ensuring data reliability
• Absolute discretion and sense of responsibility in managing sensitive information
• Organization, autonomy, and effective priority management
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language
