You want to actively help shape the further development of the regional IT landscape and drive strategic as well as operational IT topics in an international environment? Then this exciting challenge could be just right for you. Your location can be chosen at one of our Fiege sites.

The tasks

In this role, you support the management, further development and implementation of the regional IT agenda. You work closely with the business, the local IT teams and Group IT and take on a central coordination and interface function.

Your main tasks include:

• Leading and coordinating regional IT projects and initiatives
• Building, further developing and managing a cross-country IT portfolio
• Implementing regional and global IT strategies, standards and guidelines
• Analysing, structuring and prioritising requirements from the specialist departments
• Coordinating and moderating topics between business, local IT, Group IT and external partners
• Supporting rollouts of global IT solutions
• Ensuring transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies and decisions
• Coordinating operational IT topics and escalations within the region
• Contributing to the further development of IT processes, governance and service quality
• Identifying optimisation and digitalisation potentials

The profile

• Several years of experience in the IT environment, ideally in IT project management, IT consulting or a comparable function
• Experience in managing projects and cross-departmental initiatives
• Good understanding of IT strategy, IT governance, IT operations and digital transformation
• Experience in stakeholder, requirements and escalation management
• Structured, independent and pragmatic working style
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Confident appearance towards management, specialist departments and IT
• High sense of responsibility and implementation strength
• Very good German and English skills, further language skills are an advantage
• Experience in international organisational structures is an advantage
• Knowledge in logistics, supply chain or warehouse management environment is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the SABN region
