The starting date is planned for 1 August 2026 or to be agreed.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The University Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service (SUPEA) provides psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up for children and adolescents aged 0 to 18 from the Centre, North, and West regions of the canton of Vaud.
The Mobile Child and Adolescent Team (EMEA) is a multidisciplinary mobile unit composed of child psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses. It intervenes with children, adolescents, and their families to promote engagement in care for young people suffering from severe psychiatric disorders, who refuse care or are temporarily unable to engage in it.
The unit also provides diagnostic assessments, psychotherapeutic follow-ups in residential homes, and support to educational teams.
This position follows the departure of the current holder and will stabilise the multidisciplinary team in the Centre sector (Lausanne) as well as strengthen the work carried out with residential homes.

- You participate in the supervision of psychologists and assistant doctors
- You actively contribute to the development of the unit and its services
- You participate in SUPEA's training missions
- You ensure administrative follow-up related to clinical activity.
Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in psychology and a federal specialist title as a psychotherapist psychologist (FOPH); applications from psychologists in the final stage of postgraduate training are also welcome
- You have a cantonal authorisation to practise
- You have experience in caring for children and adolescents
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team
- You have good knowledge of networking work
- You have an interest in knowledge transfer, particularly in the context of continuing education and supervision
- You hold a driving licence.
