The clinic operates a specialised ward for adult patients (18-50 years) in acute crises. With 18 beds and a multiprofessional team, people suffering from severe depression, psychoses, acute suicidality or self- and external endangerment are treated.

The treatment concept is resource-oriented, multimodal and consistently places the patients at the centre. This includes medication therapies, psychotherapeutic conversations, key worker care, group therapies (e.g. occupational therapy, movement therapy, resource activation) as well as close support from the social service. The ward offers a bright, modern ambience with double and single rooms.

In the interdisciplinary team, doctors, psychologists, nursing staff, social workers, therapists and peer workers work hand in hand.

Your tasks:

• Medical leadership and responsibility for the treatment of patients in acute crisis situations
• Supervision and support of assistant doctors and psychologists
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing, therapy and social services in the sense of a multimodal, recovery-oriented concept
• Co-design and further development of treatment concepts and inpatient procedures
• Participation in collegial exchange and internal training

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (or close to obtaining it)
• We are happy to support foreign applicants in obtaining MEBEKO recognition and other necessary permits
• Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Willingness to take responsibility and guide younger colleagues
• Good knowledge of German
