Senior Sales Administration 80-100% (m/f/d)

By taking charge of the following activities, you will support the sales management in administrative & operational tasks and have a "senior" role in the team, with the common goal of improving customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

Your missions

By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:

• Ensure all administrative tasks for the sales team
• Improve the service & organization of commercial administration, including for trade fairs
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper order follow-up and customer satisfaction
• Manage and partially negotiate confidentiality, rental, and sales contracts
• Manage machine orders, including invoicing and delivery
• Coordinate sales projects internally at Starrag Vuadens and with the group's international subsidiaries
• Establish clear processes and procedures
• Coordinate pre-calculations and risk management
• Organize and perform sales statistics and other key data

Your expertise

• Commercial sense, customer-oriented attitude
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
• Experience in commercial administration >5 years
• Proficient in MS Office tools, SAP
• Flexible, autonomous, pragmatic. Dynamic & proactive
• Excellent oral and written communication in French, English and/or German
• Strong interest in the industrial world
