YOUR OPPORTUNITY

To strengthen our Capital Markets team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a high-potential Analyst who wishes to embark on a development path towards transactional responsibilities.

You will work closely with experienced transaction managers involved in institutional transactions and strategic mandates, with direct exposure to investor issues and the market.

Capital Markets Analyst, 100% (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Financial and strategic analysis of individual real estate assets and portfolios (offices, residential, logistics, alternative investments)
• Advanced financial modeling (DCF, scenarios, sensitivities, yield analyses)
• Active contribution to the execution of investment transactions
• Preparation of sales documents, teasers, information memorandums, and investor analyses
• Conducting market, location, and transactional benchmark analyses
• Monitoring and updating transaction, market, and investor databases
• Participation in visits and sessions with clients

WHAT YOU BRING

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in economics, finance, or engineering
• You have already gained initial professional experience, preferably in mergers and acquisitions or transactions
• You are structured and have excellent analytical skills
• You have excellent mastery of Excel and financial modeling
• You have a good team spirit, are committed and responsible
• You have an eye for detail and are capable of producing documents of excellent quality
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (German is an asset)
