We are strengthening our team! In this role as a commercial clerk, you have the opportunity to decisively support and actively help shape the Product Management & Support area with your organisational talent and strong customer orientation.
What you achieve
- You provide administrative support to the Product Management & Support area.
- You actively participate in projects, digitalisation initiatives, and the design of eLearnings.
- You contribute to the further development of processes and bring in your own optimisation suggestions.
- You assist with document management as well as SAP master data maintenance and quality assurance.
- You coordinate international product certifications and translations.
- You maintain product catalogues and provide information in systems and on the intranet.
- You take on the practical training of commercial apprentices.
What you bring
- Your completed commercial basic training (EFZ or equivalent) provides the ideal foundation.
- Additional training in commercial or business administration fields complements your profile.
- You apply very good knowledge of M365 and SAP effectively in your daily work.
- You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, and have good English skills. French is a plus.
- Experience in project management and ideally in training apprentices is advantageous.
- You work independently, think proactively, and convince with a reliable, structured, and pragmatic working style.
- Your good organisational and planning skills as well as your conceptual abilities distinguish you.
- You enjoy working with IT tools as well as data and editorial systems.
- As a flexible personality, you approach tasks with commitment and score highly with a strong service and customer orientation.
