Technical Project Manager Key Account Management
Location: Zurich Workload: 80-100% Start: Immediately or by arrangement Department: Business Development / Project Management

Your Tasks

• Incident / ticket management via internal CAFM system and in consultation with the team and partners
• Receiving and processing incident reports and responsible for timely completion
• Responsibility for creating all object master sheets (asset master, inventory lists, timesheets)
• Master data maintenance / mutations in the database
• Mandate development by showing measures to deepen self-performance
• Maintaining constant customer contact
• Coordination and monitoring of work assignments and processes including HSSE requirements
• Conducting HSSE and quality controls on site
• Responsibility for fulfilling tasks according to the valid service specifications
• Responsibility for the proper implementation of larger repair work (CAPEX)
• Independent preparation of offers
• Reviewing profitability on the object (post-calculation / hours control)
• Responsibility for inventory management and material orders of the responsible sub-area

• Technical basic training, building technician, maintenance specialist), further training e.g. Technician HF
• Professional experience in the technical field of at least 7 years
• Correct and project-oriented working method
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written form is required, additional languages are an advantage
• Organizational talent, numerical flair for offer management and complex billing
• Experience in CAFM applications (or similar) is an advantage
• Negotiation skills
