Deputy Department Manager Non-Food
Responsibilities
- You actively, friendly and expertly advise our customers
- You ensure that the product presentation is top, fresh and seasonal
- You independently manage the ordering system and ensure full availability
- You monitor promotions, labelling and sales areas according to the concept
- You recognise customer wishes and forward them to the department management
- You support your supervisor in daily business and train employees and apprentices "on the job"
Requirements
- Completed training in retail or the food industry (e.g. cook, baker, butcher)
- You work reliably, efficiently and have a neat appearance
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You approach people openly and enjoy customer contact
- You are resilient and remain friendly even in hectic moments
- You speak fluent German and enjoy working in a team
