– Personnel planning
– Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
– Active participation in daily nursing work
– Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists
– Quality assurance and further development of nursing
Your backpack
– Training as a certified nursing professional HF or equivalent qualification
– Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
– Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
– High resilience and assertiveness
– Good knowledge of German
– Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (BESA knowledge is an advantage)
