Your tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance and care of all outdoor sports facilities and green areas
- In cooperation with a small, dedicated team, you ensure the regular cleaning and basic cleaning of indoor sports facilities
- You independently organize and coordinate all processes and carry out your administrative tasks with care and initiative
- As a contact person, you maintain close communication with various user groups such as schools, clubs, private individuals, or organizations
- You skillfully operate various machines required for the maintenance and care of sports fields
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in horticulture, caretaker with FA, facility maintenance EFZ, or a similar technical/craft basic training. Career changers are warmly welcome!
- Joy in nature and plants, a green thumb is a must
- Experience in maintaining sports turf fields and enjoyment in caring for biodiversity areas
- Independent, reliable working style with great initiative
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality with a high customer orientation and service understanding
- Residence in the Teufen region or nearby (max. 30 minutes travel time) is an advantage
- Willingness for on-call duties and occasional evening and weekend shifts
- Good IT skills (MS Office) and German language skills at B2 level
- Driver's license category BE as well as experience handling tractors and trailer combinations
- You bring commitment, heart, and a sense of humor
