Tasks
- Assist in creating high-quality teaching and diverse educational offerings.
- Take on specific tasks with one or more children based on teachers' plans.
- Support children in self-care tasks to enhance their independence.
Skills
- Completed training as a care specialist EFZ is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in supporting children with cognitive disabilities is a plus.
- A resilient and innovative personality is essential.

Your Tasks
- Assisting in the design of high-quality teaching and a diverse educational offering
- Taking on targeted sub-tasks with one or more children within the framework of the planning prepared by the teachers
- Supporting and promoting the children in self-care and tasks to enhance independence
- Creating a positive living atmosphere and leisure activities
- Accompanying the children during lunch and the design of the lunch break
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in the team and with specialists
Your Profile
- Completed training as a care specialist EFZ is desirable but not mandatory
- Experience in accompanying and supporting children and adolescents with cognitive disabilities is an advantage
- Resilient and innovative personality
