Nurse Specialist as Deputy Ward Manager, 50-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• As deputy ward manager, you care for patients individually, resource-oriented and holistically
• You also take on daily responsibility and represent the ward manager during their absences
• You assist with personnel planning and management as well as recruitment
• You are the contact person for relatives and authorities and make clarifications with insurance companies and authorities
• You help ensure the quality of care and care processes
• Assisting with training and supervising learners rounds off your area of responsibility
• Depending on interest and aptitude, you can also advance to ward manager / team leader
• The workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a certified nurse specialist FH or HF
• You are also an experienced professional from long-term and/or acute care
• Targeted further training is an advantage but not a requirement
• Are you a communicative, holistic thinker, well-organised and empathetic personality?
