Skills

About the job

You will look forward to these tasks
- Result-oriented management of approx. 15 Volg branches including concept implementation
- Leading and supporting store managers regarding successful
- store organisation, store appearance as well as budget and key figure responsibility
- Agreeing and enforcing goals, measures and customer retention
- Ensuring the defined Volg strategy in the sales outlets
- Controlling merchandise management and merchandise maintenance
- Personnel management and personnel development
- Ensuring the flow of information
We look forward to this profile
- A retail apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (preferably in the food and luxury goods sector) as well as further training as a retail specialist with a federal diploma
- Experience in a similar role
- In-depth leadership experience
- Initiative, structured working method and organisational talent
- High social and professional competence
- Residence in the region
- Enjoyment of active customer and employee contact
