Committed to a 2026–2030 quality strategy based on four principles – accessibility, excellence, safety and personalised care – the HUG have structured, within the Care Quality Service, a performance and clinical excellence unit responsible for leading continuous improvement programmes at the institutional level.
It is within this framework that the DynamO programme is set, co-led by the Medical Directorate and the Nursing Directorate. DynamO structures quality management at all levels of the organisation – units, services and departments – relying on clinical indicators, continuous improvement loops and consolidated reporting.
To support the development of the programme, we are looking for a Master 2 intern to contribute to the structuring of its tools, the harmonisation of its documentation and the development of its reporting.
Job Description
Integrated into the performance and clinical excellence unit of the Care Quality Service, you will join the interprofessional DynamO team and participate in structuring work supporting the management and deployment of the programme.
Your tasks revolve around four essential areas
Programme tooling and documentation: You will identify, organise, harmonise and update tools, supports, sheets, instructions and reference documents of the programme.
Development and implementation of programme reporting: You will contribute to identifying needs, structuring useful information for management, designing monitoring supports and progressively implementing clear reporting for the various stakeholders.
Support for communication and appropriation of tools: You will participate in designing supports that facilitate understanding and use of the programme’s tools. You will contribute to preparing presentations and dissemination documents.
Cross-functional support for programme operation: You will participate in analysis, synthesis and continuous improvement work, as well as occasional preparation of sessions, workshops or feedback.
Qualifications
You are in the second year of a Master’s degree in a field related to quality and wish to apply your skills to continuous improvement of quality and safety of care. Your university curriculum requires you to complete a mandatory internship subject to an agreement.
Ideally, you have the following strengths:
You demonstrate a strong interest in quality approaches, continuous improvement and health management.
You possess good analytical, synthesis and information structuring skills.
Your writing skills are excellent.
You have a good command of office tools.
You are comfortable preparing monitoring, reporting and presentation supports.
You are recognised for your organisational skills, rigour and autonomy.
You have good interpersonal skills and an interest in working in an interprofessional team.
A first experience in quality, health or project management is an asset.
We offer you an immersion within a structuring institutional programme in a reference university hospital.
This internship represents a concrete experience in care quality, programme management and continuous improvement.
You will participate in high value-added work in tooling, documentation and reporting.
You will collaborate with professionals from different professions and levels of the institution.
