What is my role?

• You coordinate and manage all project phases and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality

• You are the central interface between customers, internal departments, and external partners

• You create project plans, calculate resources, and monitor project progress

• You lead project meetings and ensure transparent communication within the team

• You are responsible for the technical and commercial handling of projects

• You conduct risk analyses and develop solution strategies for challenges

• You accompany acceptance tests and commissioning on site at the customer

What do I need to be successful?

• You have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in switchgear construction or energy technology

• You possess sound knowledge in the planning and implementation of switchgear

• You have experience leading project teams and enjoy working interdisciplinarily

• You convince through your structured and solution-oriented way of working

• You communicate confidently in German and ideally also in English

• You are willing to travel for assignments at customers and construction sites

• You enjoy working independently and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
