About the job
Your Tasks
- You take on the professional and personnel management of the Activation team (3 people) and competently support future HF students on their training path
- Together with your team, you design a varied, needs-oriented and structured activation that enriches the daily lives of our residents - in close cooperation with the Nursing Centre management and the nursing departments
- You plan and implement a variety of events and excursions with great creativity
- You coordinate the assignments of our 30 volunteer staff
- With your sensitivity to seasons and moods, you ensure a loving, seasonal decoration in the nursing departments
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified activation specialist HF
- Professional experience in a leadership role as well as in long-term care
- Excellent organisational skills
- Warm and humorous basic attitude as well as an open and sociable manner
- Motivation and joy in tackling diverse challenges and embracing new tasks
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Musical flair (playing instruments)
