- You independently handle legal cases of private and corporate clients, especially in general contract law
- You conduct the initial telephone consultation
- You support telephone overflow (customer concerns)
- You are responsible for the correct allocation of telephone and written case registrations within the legal department
- You conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, lawyers, and opposing parties

- You have a BSc in Business Law or a BLaw or MLaw from a Swiss university
- You are interested in legal protection insurance and motivated to quickly familiarize yourself with the topics
- You enjoy customer- and team-oriented work and are open to the digital world
- You describe your working style as independent, precise, and goal-oriented, and you are resilient
- You have a quick grasp, remain calm even in hectic times, and keep an overview
- German is your native language. Ideally, you also speak French and/or Italian.
