Job Description
- Close collaboration with the CFO of ETA SA and the legal department of Swatch Group in Biel
- Advice and support to all departments of ETA SA, particularly in the following areas: human resources, purchasing, product development, real estate, and IT
- Management and monitoring of civil, administrative, and criminal procedures
- Control, drafting, and negotiation of contracts in all legal areas
- Responsibility for contract follow-up (sending, receiving, verifying, and collecting signatures)
- Responsibility for maintaining the electronic contract management system

- You have a positive attitude and appreciate collaboration with many internal and external stakeholders
- Furthermore, you place great importance on the quality of the work you provide
Job Requirements
- Legal studies in Switzerland (Master of Law), a lawyer's license is an asset
- First professional experience (preferably in the industrial sector or in a law firm)
Language Skills
- As a native German or French speaker, you have very good oral knowledge of the other language and good knowledge of English
