HR Business Partner
Personnel Office | 60-80 % | Chur
The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as a centre of expertise for HR throughout the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden. We contribute to making the Canton of Graubünden an attractive and modern employer. Our personnel consulting section provides competent advice and support to all departments, services, courts and institutions on topics concerning the human resources life cycle. You will find a motivated, collaborative and open-to-dialogue team where mutual support is of great importance.

Do you approach challenges pragmatically and manage to maintain an overview even in complex situations? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for! From 1 January 2027 or by agreement, to strengthen our team we are looking for an HR Business Partner.

Tasks
- Advice and support for managers and personnel officers within their area of responsibility in the cantonal administration
- Responsibility for the entire human resources life cycle, from recruitment to development to exit
- Support for change processes and reorganisations
- Support for recruitment processes (including personality profile analysis, assessment)
- Advice and support for managers in succession planning and talent development
- Conducting HR training for managers and staff
- Leading and participating in projects to optimise and digitalise HR processes or specialised applications
- Partner in implementing the HR strategy
What we expect from you
- Federal professional certificate in human resources or university degree specialising in human resources or a similar field
- Several years of experience in a consulting role in human resources, ideally as an HR Business Partner
- Independent, structured, reliable and discreet working method
- Affinity for digital technologies and modern communication tools
- Confident presence and ability to support managers constructively
- Resilience and confident, appropriate communication
- Empathetic, team-oriented and authentic personality with a positive attitude
