SPITEX Laufental, with a team of around 70 employees, is responsible for home help and care in the municipalities of Zwingen, Brislach, Dittingen, Nenzlingen, Blauen, Laufen, Liesberg, Roggenburg, Röschenz and Wahlen.

From October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a professionally convincing and engaging personality as the new

Managing Director 80%-100%

Your tasks:

• You ensure the personnel, professional and organisational management of SPITEX Laufental
• You continuously develop the services offered and review and optimise the organisation and its processes
• Together with the board and the management team members, you plan, implement and support the successful strategic and organisational development
• You are responsible for planning and budgeting as well as the annual accounts and liquidity of SPITEX Laufental

Your profile:

• You are a leadership personality with qualified performance records in management and appropriate training/continuing education, ideally at university or university of applied sciences level
• You bring solid experience, ideally in the Spitex sector or the health and social services
• You can combine economic, strategic and social thinking and acting and are a motivating and visionary personality
• You have very good organisational and communication skills and maintain an appreciative and cooperative leadership style
