Introduction

The Adliswil school educates around 2000 children and young people in kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. Over 500 employees work in 7 schools and various specialized services for this responsible task.

The Sonnenberg school is a QUIMS primary school with around 280 students, cared for and taught by over 50 employees. In the 2025/2026 school year, we will run 3 kindergartens and 11 primary classes in year groups with the class teacher changing every two school years. The Sonnenberg school is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car.

We are looking for a motivated personality as a supplement to the existing school management at Sonnenberg from October 1, 2025, or by arrangement as

What we expect from you

You have a teaching qualification for elementary school and a school management diploma or are in training for it. You show interest in change and team-building processes as well as commitment and co-responsibility in implementing future-oriented school development. Enjoying diversity is very important. You possess empathy in dealing with people and high social competence with a solution-oriented attitude. You enjoy team-oriented work, are open, and have the ability for self-criticism. As school management, you bring a structured approach and organizational talent.

The focus of your work is planned in the following areas: budget responsibility and corresponding financial processes, personnel management of class assistants and civilian service personnel, accompanying special education processes at the school management level. In addition, you will participate in school development.
