What is my role?

Leadership, Governance & Partner Management

• Personnel and professional leadership of the Business Applications team

• Management and coordination of external support, operations and implementation partners

• Planning of resources, tasks and project priorities

• Further development of standards, processes and governance structures

D365 F&SCM

• Professional responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM - from requirements analysis to productive use

• Translation of business requirements into IT processes, concepts and solution designs

• Ensuring smooth operation, stability and continuous development

• Coordination of rollouts, upgrades and extensions in an international environment

Legacy System Landscape

• Responsibility for operation, maintenance and orderly further development or migration of legacy systems

• Ensuring data integrity and system stability during the transition phase

• Management and further development of interfaces between legacy systems and D365

Business Process Management & Change Management

• Analysis, documentation and optimisation of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service)

• Support of departments in process definition and standardisation

• Training, user enablement and ongoing user support

• Planning and implementation of change management measures during the introduction of new IT solutions

• Leadership and coordination of cross-functional projects in national and international environments

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration with IT focus or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in leading IT, application or project teams

• Experience in managing external service providers and implementation partners

• Solid experience in implementing, operating and further developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM

• Experience with D365 CRM (not mandatory, but a clear advantage)

• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, sales and service

• Experience with legacy system landscapes and managing migration projects

• Proven experience in change management and accompanying organisational transformation projects

• Communicative personality at management, departmental and user level

• Structured, solution-oriented working style, very good German and English skills
