architectural draughtsperson with development towards site management, 80-100% (f/m/d)

tasks

• you develop and draw project, execution, and detail plans
• you prepare all calculations according to SIA standards
• you also coordinate internal processes as well as interfaces with authorities, external specialist planners, and experts
• if suitable and interested, the role of project manager, site manager / technician HF in construction planning can be taken on
• in this role, you are also the contact person for clients and specialist planners throughout the entire planning phase
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed training as an architectural draughtsperson or structural draughtsperson
• if you also have further training as an architect, site manager, technician HF specialising in architecture, or a comparable qualification, or are willing to undertake such further training, this is advantageous but not a prerequisite
• good CAD skills and professional experience in the above-mentioned areas are important to the company
• a responsible, solution-oriented, and precise working method is natural for you
