Head of Maintenance and Safety Officer (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You lead the maintenance team and ensure the availability of machines and equipment
• You are responsible for setting up and maintaining the maintenance schedules
• You further develop the maintenance strategy and define maintenance standards
• In addition, as safety officer, you take on the setup, maintenance and monitoring of occupational safety
• You plan the safety concept and further develop it
• Training, advising management and audit planning are also part of your responsible duties
• You also advance the digitalisation process

Requirements

• You have training as a polymechanic or equivalent and bring solid practical experience in maintenance and occupational safety (m/f/d)
• Further training in occupational safety and health protection is required (ideally SIBE)
• Knowledge of EKAS guidelines, VKF regulations and labour law is also important
• Do you consider yourself proactive, quality-conscious, independent and communicative?
