The EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 municipalities from the Gros-de-Vaud district and surrounding areas wishing to unite their efforts to manage and develop quality day care services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented: Family Day Care, which includes about seventy family-based caregivers, eight preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. The position is located at the Garderie Rêv’eil matin in Echallens, a facility with a capacity of 69 places. The working hours and days are distributed as follows (trotters group):
- Monday: off / Tuesday: 7:45 AM - 12:15 PM and 1:45 PM - 5:45 PM / Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM and 1:45 PM - 6:30 PM / Thursday: 7:45 AM - 12:15 PM and 12:45 PM - 3:00 PM / Friday: 6:45 AM - 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
Your missions:
- Ensure quality support for the children received, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in compliance with institutional values and current regulations.
- Implement the educational project and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.
Your profile:
- You have the ability to develop reflective action on issues related to quality and to carry out relevant actions deployed responsibly, autonomously, and reliably in your activity. Equipped with a good team spirit, your communication skills and initiative-taking, sociability, flexibility, and stability make you a real asset to the team.
- Experience in a similar position would be a real asset.
- You are Swiss or hold a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record.
