For the 2026 intake and to complete the technical service team, we are looking for an Apprentice Operations Agent (M/F) at a 100% activity rate.
Mission
Maintenance of buildings and installations, cleaning of buildings, maintenance of green spaces and roads, management and administration.
Responsibilities
Collaboration mainly with the technical & maintenance service as well as with the housekeeping service
Resolution of work orders related to building maintenance
Support to various internal trades (Painter, carpenter, sanitary-heating, electrician…)
Collaboration with the Park & Garden service for outdoor maintenance
Organize and participate in residents' moves
Organize and participate in the sorting of waste and its removal to a controlled landfill
Participate in the organization of institutional events
Desired profile
Strong interest in the field
Willing to commit to an engaging and rigorous apprenticeship
Enthusiastic and motivated to successfully complete your training
Collaborative spirit, mental resilience and manual dexterity
Good command of the French language both written and spoken
Interest in the social field and ease in contact with people with disabilities
