The Security & Intervention (S&I) department, with a staff of 10 employees, is responsible for clinic-, institute-, and department-wide security issues. Focus areas include object and personal protection, fire protection (including company fire brigade), site and traffic management, environmental protection and disposal, as well as coordination and training in the special situation device (DBL) at LUKS. In addition, the S&I department ensures professional advice and support in the area of S&I for construction and technical projects.

Your area of responsibility
- In this role, you handle the processing of mechanical and electronic key orders for the hospital operations AG
- This includes the issuance, return, and management of keys as well as electronic access media. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from ordering to repair
- You maintain the key data in the existing systems (e.g., Wave) and ensure that all information is always up-to-date and correct
- Cross-location tasks within the hospital operations AG also belong to your area of activity
Your experience
- You have completed commercial or technical basic training
- You already have experience in administration or clerical work
- An exact, reliable, and structured way of working characterizes you
- In addition, you appreciate working independently and planning your tasks responsibly with flexible working hours (50% workload)
