- Collaboration in a protected living area for people with dementia, impairments and addiction disorders
- Ensuring complete and high-quality care documentation
- Responsibility for carrying out RAI needs assessments
- The opportunity to actively participate in and further develop care processes in the long-term and palliative care sectors
You are
- in possession of a tertiary level vocational qualification (Nurse HF/FH) or recognition of a foreign diploma
- experienced in long-term care or specialised living arrangements
- very socially competent and possess a strong sense of responsibility
- professional, empathetic and appreciative
- team-oriented, reflective and solution-focused
- confident in using PC applications
- fluent in German
