Construction Cost Planner Renovation (m/f/d)

For our competence center in Opfikon, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Construction Cost Planner (m/f/d). In this role, you will calculate general contractor/specialist contractor projects in the Zurich and East region with a focus on renovation. You will be in close contact with the execution team, subcontractors, clients, and specialist planners and work in a team of several construction cost planners.

What you will do

• You calculate construction costs focusing on renovation projects for general contractor/specialist contractor projects, total service competitions, or development projects.
• Contractor offers, key figures, and the internal database are used to achieve an effective and efficient cost assessment.
• Together with our specialists, you develop variants and optimization ideas.
• In cooperation with our project management, you prepare comprehensive offer documents and present them as a member of the offer team to the client.
• You accompany our own development projects as part of the project team during all project phases and take responsibility for the financial optimization of the project.

Why you succeed

• A completed education in construction and several years of experience in the calculation and/or execution of construction projects form the basis for successful work in this role.
• Your working technique is structured, efficient, and transparent. You are curious and open to digital work tools. You are used to actively using calculation software and working with Microsoft 365 programs, especially Excel.
• You have a pronounced flair for numbers and an analytical way of thinking and working to view your calculations from different perspectives.
• Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards is an important prerequisite, and experience with large renovation projects is an advantage.
• Your many years of experience allow you to work with market-appropriate key figures and make suitable estimates in cases of incomplete information.
• As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working with internal and external colleagues with the mindset to support and communicate transparently.
• You strive for excellence, are self-critical, and aim to continuously improve your work with a clear focus on Implenia's values.
