Your tasks

• Recruiting & talent acquisition You find suitable candidates through various recruitment channels, conduct personal interviews and recognise potential.
• New client acquisition You actively acquire new clients, convince companies of our services and continuously expand your own client portfolio.
• Client care You personally look after existing clients, identify their personnel needs and develop suitable solutions.
• Consulting You support companies in their personnel search and assist candidates in their next career step.
• Network building You maintain long-term relationships with companies, candidates and business partners and continuously expand your personal network.
• Organisation & administration You coordinate the entire placement process – from job posting through candidate selection to successful placement and support during the assignment.

What you bring with you

• What counts for us: communication skills, enthusiasm for dealing with people and the will to be successful. Experience in recruiting or recruitment consulting is not a must – we will teach you everything.
• Enjoyment of daily contact with people
• Passion for sales, consulting and building long-term client relationships
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
• Convincing and likeable appearance
• Negotiation skills and closing strength
• High self-motivation, initiative and perseverance
• Resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills
• Good to very good French skills
• Confident use of digital working tools
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
