About the job

The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hagendorn specializes in the education and care of children and adolescents with cognitive and/or multiple disabilities.

In the orientation stage, adolescents aged approximately 15 to 18 years are optimally prepared for the transition to adult life. To support our boarding school team, we are looking for a social pedagogue to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Creating a diverse educational offer that enables adolescents optimal social and individual development towards the greatest possible independence 
Designing the support planning with ability goals for the reference children as the process-responsible contact person 
Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, as well as external and internal professionals 
Innovative development within the entire institution and in your own team

Your Profile

Completed training in social pedagogy
Experience in supporting children and adolescents with cognitive disabilities or strong motivation to acquire this
Enjoyment of individualized care settings and designing creative solutions 
Humorous and resilient personality
