In product management investments, we develop and implement investment solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. The Projects & Engineering Investments team contributes to the further development of our investment solutions and, as the interface to IT, ensures effective implementation of change initiatives. As a Business Engineer, you make an important contribution to consolidating our bank's strong market position in the investment business – especially regarding further development in digitalisation.

- Precisely analysing customer needs and concretely elaborating the specialist requirements for investment solutions and advisory processes
- Organising, moderating and conducting requirements workshops with the relevant stakeholders
- Contributing to the professional conception and specification of epics, features and stories for IT development
- Developing GUI prototypes taking into account customer journey and user experience approaches
- Actively accompanying your change requirements from inception to introduction – you are a guarantor for end-to-end implementation and conduct the necessary tests and training measures
- Interface function within the organisation between specialist departments (e.g. product management, sales, legal department, interaction designer) and IT, ensuring cross-departmental coordination and communication
- Completed studies in business administration or business informatics
- At least five years of experience in project business for the investment area at financial institutions; knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector is an advantage
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as methodological competencies, e.g. GUI prototyping, BPMN, UX design, user story writing, use case modelling etc.
- Knowledge of agile project implementation (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban) is an advantage
- High degree of personal responsibility, flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Distinct service orientation, can-do attitude, willingness to learn and team spirit; confident and assured appearance and eloquent communication in German
