Court Clerk 80 - 100%The Administrative Court is the highest cantonal court instance in the field of administrative law. The 2nd division of the court reviews appeals in the areas of tax law and migration law.
To complement our team, we are looking for a court clerk (80 - 100%) starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Tasks
As a court clerk, you draft judgment proposals, participate in decision-making with an advisory vote, and are responsible for editing the judgments.
Profile
After completing your law studies (Master's level) at a Swiss university with very good qualifications, you have already gained professional experience. Ideally, you hold a lawyer's license and/or a doctorate. Knowledge in tax and migration law and/or professional experience in the judiciary is an advantage.
The interesting and demanding work requires the ability to work precisely in legal matters and linguistic skill in editing judgments. You can quickly grasp complex issues and present them in a well-understandable manner. You also enjoy delving into previously unknown questions and legal areas and appreciate controversial legal discussions.
