Your Tasks
- Mechanical processing of engine and aircraft parts
- Precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation
- Documentation and independent control of work
- Ensuring quality, safety, and process optimization
- Application of Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
- Work in a 2-shift operation
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, specializing in manufacturing
- At least 5 years of experience in CNC manufacturing
- Solid knowledge in CNC programming (Sinumerik/Heidenhain, TNC530/TNC640)
- Experience in single-part and prototype manufacturing as well as 6-axis machining
- Confident reading of manufacturing drawings
- Responsible, communicative, and reliable
- Good German and English skills (at least A2) as well as basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
