Process Specialist (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Analysis and continuous improvement of production, logistics and business processes

• Identification and realisation of efficiency, productivity and cost-saving potentials

• Planning and implementation of Lean, CIP and Operational Excellence initiatives

• Conducting time studies, REFA studies as well as profitability and feasibility analyses

• Development and introduction of efficient, standardised processes and working methods

• Supporting departments in the sustainable optimisation of their workflows

• Building and further developing key figure and KPI systems

• Support with investments, automation projects and the introduction of new equipment

• Accompanying new production facilities before and after commissioning (SOP)

• Cross-disciplinary collaboration with production, engineering, quality, logistics and purchasing

What do I need to be successful?

You have a completed technical You have a technical basic education with further training as a REFA specialist process specialist/technician HF, Lean Manager or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring several years of experience in process optimisation in an industrial production company.

• Very good knowledge of Lean Management, CIP and continuous improvement

• Experience in project management as well as in leading interdisciplinary projects

• Knowledge of production planning, process optimisation and quality management

• Confident handling of SAP and MS Office

• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working

• Strong communication and social skills

• Enjoyment in motivating employees for change and actively involving them
