Your new job

• Responsibility for the agenda and appointment coordination of the Head of Finance & Risk
• Contact point for internal and external enquiries for the Finance & Risk department (email and telephone)
• Support in the creation and preparation of presentations, evaluations and decision-making documents
• Collaboration in reporting and communication processes (e.g. owner reporting, balance sheet conference)
• Coordination with external stakeholders (e.g. rating agencies, authorities)
• Organisation of internal events and occasions (e.g. townhalls, departmental events)
• Assumption of various administrative tasks of the department head
• Fixed-term employment from July 2026 to April 2027

What we benefit from

• Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies (preferably in Economics/Business Administration or similar)
• First practical experience is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Structured, independent and careful working style as well as high reliability
• Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
• Initiative and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Very good German language skills (C2)
