Your opportunities:

• In our stylish customer zone, you are the first point of contact for our customers.
• You lead and are responsible for the Cash Desk (cash transactions, safe deposit boxes, and more).
• You support and advise customers at the counter or from the office on comprehensive banking matters and our versatile service offerings.
• You actively manage a team customer portfolio.
• You take on various administrative tasks.

You bring with you:

• A completed banking apprenticeship with professional experience.
• Enjoyment in customer consulting.
• A professional and friendly demeanor.
• A committed and careful working style.
• Very good German skills (foreign language skills in English and French are an advantage).
• Any experience with the systems Finnova and Finfox (advantageous).
