About the job
In everyday kitchen operations, you actively manage the station and take on the following tasks:
- Ensuring consistently high quality and excellent taste of the dishes
- Active support in managing a kitchen station in the areas of Saucier, Entremetier, Gardemanger, and Banquet
- Promoting and supporting apprentices in their professional and vocational development
- Responsibility for the consistent adherence to the hygiene concept
For this role, you bring professional experience, a structured working method, and the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a cook
- Several years of professional experience in first-class restaurants or hotels
- Independent, structured, and organised working style
- Flexibility, enthusiasm for innovation, and enjoyment of teamwork
