For our internal sales team at our location in Jegenstorf/BE, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an Internal Sales Employee / Trip Scheduling
Your tasks:
- Support in the reception area and telephone switchboard
- Planning and organizing vehicle transfers in Outlook (vehicle scheduling)
- Coordination of vehicle handling at the Jegenstorf location
- Various administrative tasks such as processing daily mail, telephone service, and email communication
- Support of our project managers in the offer process
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training or extensive experience in this field
- Communicative, committed, and resilient personality
- Structured, precise, and independent working style; you keep an overview even in hectic times
- Service-oriented attitude, customer-focused demeanor, and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; oral French skills highly desired
- Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
