Tasks

• You take over the personnel and professional management of the unit
• You are responsible for the targeted and economical deployment of all employees under your supervision in the operational daily business
• You are responsible for ensuring the nursing processes within the team as well as compliance with quality standards
• You are responsible for ensuring the exchange of information and cooperation within the unit, the entire nursing service, and with other disciplines
• You bear the main responsibility for leading and promoting employees as well as for the periodic conduct of employee interviews and performance evaluations
• You are responsible for the further development of the team and share responsibility for the professional development of students/trainees on the unit
• Occasionally you support your team by working in nursing

Profile

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in an acute hospital
• You have recognized further training in monitoring care (NDK IMC; NDS intensive, anesthesia or emergency care) or the willingness to undergo further training in adult monitoring care
• You enjoy further developing and ensuring the quality of nursing
• Conceptual, networked, and entrepreneurial thinking are as important to you as business management actions
• You are an organizational talent and resilient
• You convince with a structured way of working
• Your team spirit is characterized by high social and communication skills with corresponding negotiation skills and assertiveness
