About the job

• Collaboration in the maintenance and further development of the DKF internal quality management system
• Support for clinical research groups in the establishment and maintenance of study-/research group-specific quality management systems
• Support for clinical research groups and DKF teams in the creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures
• Support for study teams during audits and inspections (especially Swissmedic and Ethics Committee Northwest and Central Switzerland) including preparation, accompaniment and creation of CAPA plans
• Conducting staff training within the area of responsibility

• Practical experience in the establishment and maintenance of quality management systems in the life sciences sector
• Initial practical experience in conducting and accompanying audits and inspections, ideally in the context of clinical studies (relevant training and further education are advantageous)
• Creative problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented working style
• Customer- and service-oriented personality with very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Independent working style as well as communication and organisational talent, flexibility and ability to work in a team
