The Convita Bethanien is a retirement and nursing home in Zurich-Fluntern on the
Zurichberg.
It offers space for 19 residents. Additionally, there are 30 apartments for assisted living with in-house Spitex. The self-determination of the residents is the focus of our service offerings. Nevertheless, Convita is not a senior residence, but a home for everyone!

What does your everyday life look like?
You can expect a very varied training, no day is like the other! Mostly, you will perform basic care actions (support with personal hygiene, eating, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives. Activities such as household tasks are a large part of your training and are just as important as simple administrative tasks (keeping documentation, placing orders). You encourage the residents to participate in activities and stay by their side if needed. In all activities, you involve the resident and thus promote their independence and, consequently, their joy of life.
