In the "Product Management Payment Services" team, we continuously develop ZKB TWINT, our customer interfaces/APIs, Open Banking, customer reporting for cash transactions, and our payment infrastructure.
Your Tasks – Shape More
- Implementing projects and initiatives to further develop the offerings in the product management lifecycle: Introduction of new services, adjustment of existing products, and transformation of our payment infrastructure
- Developing product strategies based on market and usage analyses
- Analyzing and optimizing processes
- Coordinating measures for managing financial and non-financial risks
- Collaborating with various stakeholders (communication, marketing, front units, legal services, IT, etc.)
- Representing the bank in external working groups and towards suppliers
Your Profile – Bring More
- Completed studies in business administration, banking, or engineering
- At least 8 years of professional experience in product management at a bank, in consulting in the banking sector, or in a project management role in the financial industry
- Experience in leading larger implementation programs
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative distinguish you
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German enable you to successfully collaborate with a large number of internal contacts
- Your flair for customer needs and market requirements, as well as your passion for digital payment solutions, complete your profile
