Nurse or Social Pedagogue 80% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of children of preschool and primary school age in the inpatient child psychiatric setting
- Structuring and shaping the therapeutic daily routine on the ward
- Promotion of emotional stability, social competence and relationship building
- Planning and implementation of age-appropriate leisure and group activities
- Core team work with therapy & school as well as close cooperation with parents, authorities and external specialists
- Active participation in individual treatment and support planning
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (ideally specialising in psychiatry) or in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the inpatient sector with children
- Resilient, proactive and reflective personality
- Strong social skills and enjoyment of working with children with complex mental illnesses
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate interdisciplinarily
